Tour Itinerary:
Day 01: Cochin-Thekkady/ Periyar (195 km/ 6hrs)
Next morning, after breakfast start driving towards Thekkady Periyar. Upon arrival, check into the hotel and take rest. On evening, enjoy boat riding at Periyar Lake. Overnight at hotel.
Day 02: In Thekkady (Periyar)
After an early breakfast, go on viewing cruise on the Periyar Lake. Here you will be able to see a large variety of wildlife, which include elephants, monkeys, deer, wild boar etc, and quite a lot of unique birds can also be spotted. There are also few tribal villages to explore. Later, come back to the hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 03: Periyar – Kumarakom (145km/4hrs)
Enjoy the early morning breakfast at the hotel and later we take down to Kumarakom (14 Kumarakom is a beautiful scenic village located at the picturesque Vembanad Lake. On arrival check into the hotel, freshen up and enjoy the welcome drink at the hotel. After some rest visit the Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary and here see some varied species of colorful and migratory birds in their natural home. Return back to the hotel, relax and have some rest. Later in the evening go for a Sunset cruise (Optional) or enjoy the scintillating beauty of the nature and backwater relaxing near Vembanad Lake. Back to the hotel.Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 04: Houseboat in Kerala
After early morning breakfast enjoy the morning at leisure. At 1230 hrs checks in at houseboat for a romantic kerala houseboat tour over the scenic backwater. Sit back and relax at the houseboat and enjoy the scenic beach as the boat passes through the emerald green paddy fields, refreshing natural beauty, exotic resorts and the rustic villages. More of all also enjoy the melodious twittering of the birds, scenic waterfall and sun-set from the houseboat. Lunch, Evening Tea/Coffee with snacks, dinner and overnight stay will be all on the houseboat.
Day 05: Cochin – Departure (64km/2hrs)
Enjoy the hearty morning breakfast at the houseboat. Later we transfer you to Cochin – airport/ Railway station to proceed for yours onwards journey or way back home. Here your memorable and romantic Kerala honeymoon tour ends.
